What is included in my price ticket?

Your ticket price covers the guided tour, map, all food & drink tastings as well as restaurant gratuity. A small bottle of water will be handed out at the start of the tour. Tour gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated.

Are there alcoholic drinks served on tour?

Tour includes 1 alcoholic drink tasting and non-alcoholic version. If you would like to purchase additional alcoholic beverages, you will have an option to purchase at the time of tasting.

What do we in case of bad weather?

The tour runs rain or shine so please come prepared according to the weather that day, please keep in mind Summer time is rainy season. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to severe weather, we will attempt to re-schedule your tour or provide a refund. If severe weather is in the forecast, please check your email for any tour changes or cancellations. Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes for walking.

How should I dress during a tour?

Please dress in casual attire appropriate for the weather conditions. Comfortable shoes a must.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, tickets must be purchase in advance to make sure you get on the tour you wanted. Cash and/or walk up traffic the day of the tour are not acceptable. Tickets can be purchased with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

If a tour is sold out can I get on a waiting list?

Our apologies, we do not provide a waiting list.

How many people can attend on the tour?

The maximum allowed per tour is 12 people.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please be aware of your specific allergies or restrictions and do not partake of certain food items that may harm you when visiting local eateries. Due to the nature of the tour, each establishment highlights the best and most unique aspects of what they offer. Unfortunately, there isn’t always a “next best” option that meets the special dietary needs of each of our guests. We appreciate your understanding on this issue. If you notify us in advance, we will do our best to make specific options available to you.

How much food is served on the tour?

There are approximately 6-7 stops for tastings on our tours.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes, bathrooms are available during tour at selected local restaurants.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, plenty of parking in the shopping area at The Shops of Jupiter Plaza.

Are tours handicap accessible?

Yes, all sidewalks have ramps at the street crossings and all restaurants are wheelchair accessible.

Are Children Allowed?

Children are welcomed but please keep in mind the nature of the tour is geared towards adults. It’s up to the adults discretion if you feel this is an adventure for your child to experience for the 2-3 tour hour walking tour.

Are tour guide gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities are not included in the cost of our tours. It is left up to your discretion as to whether or not a gratuity is given to your tour guides.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds. If for some reason, extenuating circumstances arise, and you are unable to make your scheduled tour, a rain check date can be arranged.  Please email your tour guides to let us know your contact information and what date you are interested in rescheduling.
